If the piece you received is damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If the exchange size or piece is not available, we will issue a store credit code that is valid for 1 year that can be used later to make a purchase on our website.

Please follow the steps to register an exchange request :

• Please raise an exchange request by writing to us hello@amaatie or WhatsApp on +91 81042 72586 within 72 hours of receiving your order.

• Please share your order number, full name, contact details and new size.

• Ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.

• For all exchange orders, we will arrange a pick up for an additional fee of INR 150/-. Alternatively, you can courier the piece to us.

• The shipping charges for the replacement item are to be borne by the customer.

• Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check and if the pieces pass the quality check, we will send a new piece.

• If the pieces fail the quality check, we will communicate the way forward with you.
